My name is Jukka Niiranen and this is my personal blog for all things related to Microsoft Dynamics CRM. I write about the news, tips and issues encounter during my day job as a Lead CRM Consultant in a Finnish company called CodeBakers.

I have worked with Microsoft Dynamics CRM since version 3.0 release in 2005, first internally in two different user organizations and more recently at a Microsoft partner. I hold the following Microsoft certificates:

• Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Applications (MB2-868)
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Customization and Configuration (MB2-866)
• Managing Microsoft Dynamics Implementations (a.k.a. Sure Step) (MB5-858)
